Tilley Lamp Company LTD of London, England. Tilley started making paraffin (kerosene) pressurized appliances from around 1919 until the mid 1970's. They only made these 3 models of irons: D.N. 6, DN 250, and DN 250A.
Tilley iron model D.N. 6. This iron is in Owen Stephenson's collection. This model, from the late 1930's, was made for export only.
Tilley model DN 250 paraffin iron. This iron was made around 1953.
