"Liquid fuel irons, also known as self-heating sad irons, are antique appliances from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. They utilize a built-in reservoir to burn fuels like whale oil, alcohol, gasoline or kerosene, allowing users to iron continuously without the need to reheat solid irons on a stove."
